Germany boosts defense spending, cuts Ukraine aid

Germany's armed forces are set to receive a much-needed financial boost after the cabinet approved the country's annual budget for 2025. But the 1 billion Euros increase is much less than the defense minister requested — and comes at a cost. Security specialist Benjamin Tallis gives DW his assessment of the redistribution.
