Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has expressed scepticism at an offer by US President Barack Obama to open a new era in relations with Iran. His comments come after Obama made a video-taped appeal to the Iranian people.. calling for renewed diplomatic engagement between the two countries.
